Terms of Service for Revenuealot

These Terms govern your access to and use of Revenuealot, operated by TOPHIDA ECOMMERCE (PTY) LTD. By using Revenuealot, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Service

Revenuealot is a SaaS platform for ecommerce marketplace operations. Depending on your subscription, authorization, market, and feature availability, the service may include marketplace dashboards, product analytics, listing management, pricing tools, inventory and fulfillment insights, advertising reporting, Amazon Seller Flex shipment workflows, and Amazon Vendor Central 1P procurement or analytics workflows.

2. Accounts and authority

  • You must provide accurate account and organization information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
  • You may connect only marketplace accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
  • You are responsible for your users, roles, store permissions, data instructions, product content, pricing decisions, and marketplace submissions.

3. Amazon authorization and program eligibility

Amazon functionality requires authorization from the relevant seller or vendor account and may also depend on Amazon granting Revenuealot and the customer the required roles, marketplace eligibility, and program enrollment.

  • Seller Central tools are limited to the Amazon accounts your organization authorizes.
  • Seller Flex tools are available only for eligible Seller Flex sellers and are limited to shipment list/detail, confirm or cancel processing, package creation, and Amazon-provided label generation unless a later release states otherwise.
  • Vendor Central tools cover ordinary 1P retail procurement and vendor analytics where enabled. Vendor Direct Fulfillment is not included in this release.
  • Revenuealot is not Amazon, is not endorsed by Amazon, and cannot guarantee Amazon approval, role grants, API availability, marketplace eligibility, or Appstore listing approval.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Revenuealot to access data without authorization from the marketplace account owner.
  • Do not use Amazon Information for resale, cross-seller pooling, unrelated analytics, advertising, benchmarking, or any purpose not authorized by the account owner and applicable Amazon policies.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, rate limits, audit controls, or marketplace restrictions.
  • Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or policy-violating product, pricing, listing, shipment, or invoice content.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or misuse the service.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and payments

Access to paid Revenuealot functionality requires an active plan or an approved enterprise agreement. New organizations may receive a Free Starter trial. The trial includes Starter only and does not include Business or Enterprise paid subscriptions.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing interval selected in checkout or agreed in writing. Billing starts when you confirm a paid subscription or plan change. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of account data, marketplace data, Amazon Information, subprocessors, retention, deletion, security controls, and user rights is described in the Privacy Policy. You must ensure that your use of Revenuealot complies with all laws, marketplace terms, and account-owner instructions that apply to your data.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, threatens the service, risks unauthorized access to marketplace information, violates marketplace policies, or creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the service or manage future renewals through Billing where available.

8. Service changes and availability

We may change, limit, or discontinue features as marketplace APIs, program eligibility, security requirements, customer plans, or product strategy change. Some marketplace operations depend on external providers and may be delayed, unavailable, or rejected by the marketplace.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Revenuealot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific marketplace results, approval outcomes, rankings, revenue, profitability, Buy Box ownership, delivery outcomes, or API availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For questions about these Terms, contact support@revenuealot.com.
