Software-assisted cataloguing for South African sellers

Prepare and maintain Amazon catalogues with software and specialist support

TOPHIDA ECOMMERCE PTY LTD provides a hybrid Amazon Cataloguing service for Amazon sellers through Revenuealot. Sellers use the platform to prepare, review, create, and update listing data while our service team supports onboarding, configuration, attribute mapping, and validation-error resolution.

Access is granted by the seller for the selected service. Sellers provide instructions, review prepared catalogue data, and retain control over approved write actions.

How the hybrid service works

1

Seller brief and authorization

The seller connects an account, identifies the catalogue scope, and provides source data and instructions.

2

Revenuealot workspace

The software structures product data, required fields, offers, validation, submissions, and results.

3

Specialist support

Our team assists with setup, mapping decisions, GTIN and variation rules, and error remediation.

Clear responsibilities

One service, three clearly defined roles

The seller stays in control while software and service support handle different parts of the catalogue workflow.

Seller

Authorizes the connection, supplies accurate product data and instructions, reviews prepared records, and approves publishing actions.

Revenuealot software

Reuses eligible source data, structures Amazon fields, runs validation, submits seller-approved changes, and returns results and errors.

Revenuealot service team

Supports onboarding, configuration, attribute and identifier mapping, variation setup, and resolution of validation errors.

Detailed service workflow

From source catalogue to reviewed listing submission

The service covers preparation and maintenance tasks required to turn existing product information into structured, seller-approved Amazon listing data.

  1. 01

    Catalogue intake

Import or prepare source records, including eligible Takealot catalogue data, product content, identifiers, images, packaging data, and seller instructions.

  2. 02

    Product Type and attributes

Select the relevant Product Type, load its required fields, and map source values into the corresponding catalogue attributes.

  3. 03

    Identifiers, variations, and offers

Prepare GTIN or exemption information, variation relationships, images, price, inventory, and fulfilment settings.

  4. 04

    Seller review

Present prepared listing data and validation findings so the seller can review the intended catalogue changes before submission.

  5. 05

    Approved submission

Create or update listing data only after seller authorization and approval for the selected catalogue workflow.

  6. 06

    Results and remediation

Review submission results, explain validation errors, correct supported records, and help the seller resubmit or maintain listings.

Why authorized Seller Central access is required

Direct seller-authorized access is required only where Revenuealot must perform the selected catalogue workflow for the connected selling account.

  • Read the seller and marketplace context needed to prepare compatible catalogue records
  • Create or update listing data that the seller has reviewed and approved
  • Retrieve submission and validation results so supported errors can be corrected
  • Keep access limited to the selected service and the seller's explicit authorization

Core seller benefits

  • Reduce duplicate data entry by reusing eligible existing catalogue information
  • Improve completeness with Product Type-specific required fields and structured mapping
  • Reduce preventable submission errors through identifiers, variation, offer, and validation checks
  • Keep seller review and approval in the workflow before write actions occur
  • Receive practical support for onboarding, configuration, and error remediation
