Inventory Management (inventory-management)

Inventory Management is the main daily workspace for replenishment. Use it to review matched products, troubleshoot unmatched listings, import internal warehouse inventory, and export replenishment data.

Inventory Management Overview

Core Value

  • Review replenishment output: see sales, stock, and recommended replenishment in one place.
  • Narrow down problem products: use node, store, and condition filters to focus on the right scope.
  • Investigate unmatched listings: understand why some listings did not enter replenishment.
  • Support import and export: update internal inventory and export the current result set.

Quick Start

1. Choose the Entry

Start from either Matched or Unmatched, depending on whether you want to review results or investigate missing listings.

The Matched page shows products that have already been grouped successfully and is the main place to review replenishment results.

2. Narrow the Scope

Switch node, store, and filter conditions to narrow down what you are reviewing.

  • Changing the node also changes the node-level replenishment context.
  • Store filters help you focus on one marketplace or one store.
  • Custom filters and sorting help surface high-sales, low-stock, or abnormal items.

3. Review the Core Metrics

Pay attention to sales, stock, health warning quantity, and recommended replenishment quantity.

If the output looks wrong, first confirm the selected node, store filters, matching rules, and transit configuration.

4. Import or Export

Only import inventory or export results after you confirm the current scope is correct.

  • Download the inventory template first before importing.
  • Exports follow the current node, filters, and sorting conditions rather than all nodes together.

If you change the node and then export, the file will follow the current node context.

Feature Details

Matched Page

The Matched page is best for reviewing replenishment output, filtering products, importing internal inventory, and exporting results. This is the page most users will work in daily. Matched Page

Unmatched Page

The Unmatched page is best for searching listings, checking SKU and platform data, and tracing issues back to the matching rules. Many “why didn’t this listing enter the result” questions should start here. Unmatched Page

Common Actions

  • Node filter: changes the node-level sales, stock, and replenishment context.
  • Store filter: helps narrow the view to a smaller store scope.
  • Custom columns: show extra business fields without changing the underlying calculation.
  • Import internal inventory: updates internal node stock.
  • Export replenishment results: exports the current result set under the current conditions.

Common Questions

Q: Why do some listings only appear on the Unmatched page?

A: Usually because the current rules did not group them into the correct product.

A: Because each node has its own sales, stock, and route context.

Q: Why do page results differ from what I expected?

A: Review Replenishment Settings, store bindings, and transit times before rechecking the page.

Q: Why does the exported quantity look different from what I imagined?

A: Exports follow the current node context and combine route inventory and transit time.
